In order to use the ConnectBuilder service you must already have internet connectivity. You also need to purchase or transfer your domain name(s) and agree to have them hosted on the ConnectBuilder domain name servers. The administrative interface for all of the CB tools requires a Microsoft™ Internet Explorer browser, version 4.0 and above.

ConnectBuilder packages offer bargain pricing as compared to purchasing "ala carte" for the same CB toolset. Each package also brings its own functional focus and advantages.

Website Manager, Form Manager, Mail Manager
If email marketing is not in your plans, then ConnectBuilder's Connect Plus packages is the way to go. Account Manager is included with the purchase of all CB Email tools. This tool is used to add the various types of accounts such as mail lists (List Manager), autoresponder campaigns (Autoresponder Manager), and user accounts (Mail Manager).

Mail Manager is a standard web based email service that provides you with standard features such as an address book, signature set up, and filters to route your incoming messages, plus unlimited folders, aliases and forwards.

Email mailing lists allow you to distribute email messages to "list members." Members "opt-in" to a list, which is why this permission based email marketing tool is so effective. List Manager makes it easy to set up and manage lists and provides you with both email and form based opt-in methods. When combined with Newsletter Manager, this combo is ideal for publishing a high quality email newsletter.

Autoresponders automatically send out pre-prepared email messages when "triggered" by an email. An autoresponder can be set up to send one message or a series of messages with the time-sequence you need (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). Pre-written information that prospects need or want to do business with you make perfect autoresponder candidates.

Knowing who your prospects and customers are and having the ability to communicate with them quickly, easily, and inexpensively through email, are the cornerstones of success for your online business. Statistics Manager allows you to view statistics generated by each of the ConnectBuilder tools, and also provides Space Monitor, which allows you to monitor your toolset's space and bandwidth usage.

Form Results Manager is where you go to view and manage the data submitted through Form Manager's online forms. This tool also allows you to easily export your form data.

After your site is up and running, if you are wanting assistance with copy changes for your website or any other publishing tool, we provide copywriting services at a rate of $25/hour. If significant graphics work is included in the project, the rate is $75/hour.

With this service, your Internet Representative and our production staff work with you to develop a website template specifically designed for your business or organization. The template is made available on the CB Website Manager on an exclusive basis. Custom templates include a one-time charge.

Our web designers will work with you to develop the animation you need.

If you want to go beyond 25 questions and 17 responses/question on your forms, you can utilize our programming services to build the custom forms you need.

Today we are using Dynamic Submission 2000™ to submit customer's URLs to over 1000 major Search Engines. One submission is performed right after a customer's website has passed quality assurance and is included with the cost of the website. Additional submission services as well as the software are available for purchase.

Additional disk space can be purchased at anytime. Space usage is monitored on a per account basis. Accounts with space overages are subject to an overage charge.

Each CB tool is assigned a generous disk storage limit and each tool purchased adds to an account's "global limit". This space limit can be viewed and managed within Statistics Manager's Space Monitor.

Additional bandwidth can be purchased at anytime. Bandwidth is monitored on a per account basis. Accounts with bandwidth overages are subject to an overage charge.

Each CB tool is assigned a generous bandwidth limit and each tool purchased adds to an account's "global bandwidth limit". This limit can be viewed and managed within Statistics Manager's Space Monitor. ConnectBuilder allocates 1 GB of data transfer for every 10 MB of storage used for your account.
