Feist Publications is a family-owned, Kansas based corporation chartered in 1977. It is an independent (non-utility) publisher with 20 area-wide directories in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.

The Feist management team is continuously researching new areas of growth for the company. In 1998, Feist Online was launched on the Internet. For the first time advertisers were able to publish their ads on the World Wide Web as well in the Feist printed directories.

Feist's Web Services department was created to assist businesses in their transition into the world of online commerce. Feist Web Services' most recent developments include ConnectBuilder web tools and several new Feist Online products.
